Oxcart Courier is a Quest for Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). Oxcart Courier is affected by the passage of time. You must hurry to Melve by taking the Oxcart and deliver the letter from Lady Margit to Ser Lennart. Oxcarts are available to transport during the early morning and this quest can only be taken during that period.
Oxcart service to Melve has resumed, and the proprietor of the carts has asked your aid in inspecting the road and delivering a letter. This could make a nice change of pace.

Dragon's Dogma 2 Oxcart Courier Quest Walkthrough
Make for Melve and deliver the letter to Ser Lennart
Oxcarts in Dragon's Dogma 2 can only travel during the early morning. For the Oxcart Courier quest, make sure you pick it up during daylight so you can immediately board the Oxcart and make for Melve. Donovan has requested that you accompany the Oxcart so you can guarantee that the letter will be safely delivered to Ser Lennart.
Report back to Donovan
After a short trip, you will arrive at Melve and will find Lennart near the well. if this is your first time talking to him, he will give you a new quest: Nesting Troubles. Then, talk to him again and you will have the option to deliver the "Letter to Ser Lennart". He will accept the letter from Lady Margit and your next objective is to return to Vernworth to report the results to Donovan. Return to Donovan in the same spot at Melve, near the Oxcart Station. After your conservation with Donovan ends, the quest Oxcart Courier will be marked as completed and you will get your rewards.

Doesn't seem to be true, Lennart was standing near the well in the destroyed part of town and offered it before I'd even headed to Vernworth
During oxcart riding to Melve, I got ambushed and a griffin destroyed my oxcart. I continued walking to Melve spending one more day. Fortunately I still found Lennart, deliver the letter and continue the quest.
