DD2 Riotous Fury Guide, Notes & Tips
- This is a weapon skill. Weapon skills are vocation-dependent — though some vocations share the same weapons, they might not have access to the same weapon skills. Executed by pressing the corresponding weapon skill button.
- Skills in Dragon's Dogma 2 are various passive and active abilities that the player can assign to the Arisen and their Pawns for use during combat. Some Skills are only usable depending on the Vocation of the character, while other Skills are dependent on the Weapon the character is using.
- Some Skills are shared between Vocations — when you buy a Skill shared by 2 or move Vocations, it can be accessed by any Vocation that can use it and doesn't have to be purchased again when swapping Vocations.
- You can unlock this skill after receiving the Soldier's Code from Lennart.

It’s difficult to use this skill considering it’s much too powerful for normal monsters, and far too stamina consuming to throw it out during boss monster fights carelessly… But if you upgrade it it suddenly becomes a very powerful option for every situation, staggering boss monsters and obliterating normal monsters at little cost, especially with the Zeal passive from Warfarer.
Stack some Knockdown resistance and you can pretty much perform the full combo uninterrupted even if a Cyclops squashes you with its fat ass.
Very good skill.

Feels like a downgrade from Legion’s Bite/Dragon’s Maw. Not only do you need to land the first hit or you’re left vulnerable, but it’s also difficult to land every hit of the attack on your foe because you move around so wildly while you’re performing it. Looks cooler though, I’ll give it that much.
