Hobgoblin Enemy Combat Guide for DD2
Combat Guide, Tactics, Enemy Behavior, and Other Tips
Hobgoblins are vulnerable to Poison, Torpor, Blind, and Burning. This information is based on the details of Hobgoblins in the original game. We are considering that these creatures will have similar characteristics, such as weaknesses. This information will be confirmed once we have more details.
During our playthrough, we noticed that these hobgoblins were wearing armor such as a helmet and chest armor. This allowed them to withstand more attacks than regular goblins. The hobgoblins were fairly easy to deal with as long as you dodge their direct hits. We also noticed that there were only 2 of these hobgoblins that attacked us, compared to a larger group of smaller goblins.

Unconfirmed but I observed they will continually respawn when trying to head in an area above your level. Like the devs used them as a deterrent to keep you going places you should not.
