AnonymousAn interesring detail I noticed: in DD2 the Gorechimera seems to be an undead Chimera, with the lion and snake starting the battle seemingly dead and having to be reanimated by the goat'a first two spells, first the lion then the snake.

Pre-end game Gorechimera at waterfall: managed to plunder an Allheal potion, will test and see if I get any other rare items

Looks like pre post game gorechimera in waterfall cave only drops mats, no armor ect.

Can the Gorechimera in waterfall cave drop the enshadowed battle garb or only the one in the dried up riverbed?

I like how this version of the Gorechimera is just a Goat Necromancer that revives the other two heads XD

This was tested on New Game+. The moment I completed the main quest "Feast of Deception" and obtained the border pass, the regular Chimera spawn in the waterfall cave was replaced by a GoreChimera spawn.

Located in waterfall cave, already killed it 2 times for black freakish mane farm

I found one in waterfall cave. I cleared it out and came back later to see if another chimera spawned for another freakish mane but a gorechimera was waiting for me.

These are found roaming around the end-game area. havent been able to find them before the end-game
