If you want to farm the Gorechimera in Waterfall Cave you have to have progressed past the coronation quest, else it will be a normal chimera

AnonymousPeople already mentioned Waterfall Cave but to add something, bring a Sorcerer pawn or play one yourself and use Hagol against the Gorechimera
The Gorechimera suffers from the wet debuff by standing inside water which dramatically improves the frozen status effect from Hagol

if you only need a handful of them you can go to the forger in checkpoint town and have them forgeried enough to upgrade what you want + maybe keep 1 extra just incase

The quimera that drops this one is in waterfall cave, melve is the closest place to it that you can oxcart to.(the boss also respawns from time to time, i already killed it 2 times so is confirmed)
This can be received with little to no story progression in the lava riverbed west of Excavation Site (on Agamen Volcanic Island). A Gorechimera can spawn in the riverbed. I was able to kill 2 now, despite not having done ANY of the story quests in Vernworth.
This area can also spawn a Drake or Golem, but you can reset this by waiting/sleeping 7 days.
