DD2 Granite Medusa Bone Notes & Tips

  • You can carry up to 99 of this item
  • You can gift this item. It will give 100 points of favor to an NPC that likes the item.
  • An alternative way to acquire this is to request a forgery in Ibrahim's Scrap Store if you have trouble farming it, but you'll need to have at least 1 to duplicate it. It works the same way as other enhancement materials.

Forging these results in a non-counterfeit copy (exact duplicate), which can be used as an upgrade material. This is especially useful in the unmoored world, when you only have time for an absolute maximum of two Medusa fights before the time runs out, but you have just unlocked a bunch of new endgame gear that require multiple bones to upgrade fully.

Every two days that pass, you can have another bone from the forger (he takes two days to forge these), provided you have enough gold - which shouldn't be a problem at this point in the game.

If you are not in the unmoored world yet, I recommend not using the forger, you can just spam time passes at inns/benches/campsites to respawn Medusa without the gold loss.

Don't forget, you can forgery these to get more, they aren't "fake". So you can get the one on a playthrough then create as many as you need
