Glyndwr is an NPC in Dragon's Dogma 2. Glyndwr is a Male Elf NPC in Dragon's Dogma 2, who resides at Sacred Arbor and likes Beautiful items and Fancy items. A young elf with an air of gentleness and timidity that is rare among the usually haughty elves. He is interested in the tools humans use and is fluent in human language. He despairs his lack of skill in archery, which is essential for an elven guard.

Where to Find Glyndwr in Dragon's Dogma 2
Glyndwr is primarily found in: Sacred Arbor
- Glyndwr is initially found in Vernworth, you can find him standing right next to Roderick's Smithy.
- Afterwards, he is found at the Mountain Ruins area just south from Sacred Arbor. A Chimera spawns here as well so make sure to bring a Wakestone just in case. See it in the Dragon's Dogma 2 Map.
- Glyndwr occasionally idles around the Checkpoint Town Oxcart in Vernworth and strolls through the city, stopping at locations such as the barber shop once you have completed all of his quests.
Glyndwr Dragon's Dogma 2 Notes & Tips
- After achieving sufficiently high affinity with Glyndwr, he may request an escort from your home in Vernworth to the road leading to the Ancient Battleground. He delivers this letter upon making the request: "You have made quite a difference in my life, you know. Since meeting you, I have braved innumerable tests of courage, and learned much of myself and the world. As a testament to this, I intend to set out on a journey anon, and I am hoping you might accompany me. 'Twould be a chance for me to show you just how far my skill with the bow has come. - Glyndwr"
- Upon completing the escort quest, he delivers this letter: "I hope I managed to show you just how much I have improved, that you might feel your efforts on my behalf to have been worthwhile. Of course, I shall continue to devote myself to my training; not only for the sake of my family and the future of my people, but so that, when you become ruler of Vermund, you and I might still stand on equal footing. - Glyndwr"

It's just outside the Merchant Quarter, to the southeast, facing the pillared side of the vocation guild.
If you stand between the pillars of the vocation guild, it's across the street and up a few steps to your left (not the one directly in front of you). Door is not visible, because it's immediately around the corner after you climb those steps.

He was at the mountain ruins for the longest time despite his quest being completed, then suddenly one day he disappeared( I thought he might have died, gave me a fright). Found him again at the docks in Vernworth, so I guess he lives there now.

Not sure if it's just because he's my beloved- But he lives in Vernworth, despite what the game says. He's never once been in the Sacred Arbor after finishing all the quests there for his dad and sister and him. Always in Vernworth walking around the market square and near the home you buy from Mildred.

Note: "Hunter's secrets" unlocked for me after doing another errand with elf daddy.
I rested till the morrow after successful completion of A trial of archery. He tasked me with escorting him back to the Ruin of the trial where we fell a beast. We went back to him and he would grant us the scroll.

I lost him because he couldn't keep up then disappeared after making camp. I decided to do something else and downed off on an ox cart bound for Melve and he randomly started following me again during an ambush. The destination marker also came back

I failed his escort mission becouse I stopped at barbershop to change my makeup and he couldnt wait. Ofcourse the game autosaved after changing my looks. Is there still a chance he comes back and wants an escort?

So after doing his quest line, he wouldn't turn up at my house with his escort quest and he was nowhere to be found in the world (but not dead). After raising affinity with Ulrika to the point she was turning up at my house though, any time I either finish or decline her escort quest he spawns shortly after in her place (if you just walk away a bit).
This escort quest is repeatable, they seem to reappear at my house every week or so in-game but while I know where Ulrika is the rest of the time I still haven't found Glyn anywhere.
For those wanting to have him as your beloved - you can't give him gifts during his escort quest, and after you finish it he just spontaneously disappears and I still have yet to find him ANYWHERE in any city or area.

I went on a journey with this guy.. he fell through the floor and died. So I revived him in the catacombs at which point he thanked me and literally disappeared. No clue where he is now.

This dude just showed up at my doorstep asking me to join him on a journey. I rejected since it's quite late and i wanted to make a save before going to sleep. Will i be able to start this quest again after rejecting it once?

This guy vanished during an escort quest thought he died but his body did not turn up in the moselem.

Wild how they added Elves and Dwarves to this game but your Arisen and Pawns can only be Human or Furries.

After finishing his quest line, saving him & his sister, even doing his dad's escort quest this guy has ceased to exist. He's not in any town, anywhere. I've backtracked and looked all over for him since he's supposed to turn up with his own quest but no, he's just gone. I even got a letter from him after his quests but the actual NPC is non-existent, not dead either. Just gone.

"Wandering Roots" should be in the "related quests" section. He returns to the Elvish city to stand on the circular platform between the inn and the merchants. He gives the quest, though comments indicate some people were also able to pester his father into giving it. I received "Wandering Roots" from Glyndwyr. He and his sister pleaded with their father, and persuaded him to give me a chance to prove the arborheart could thrive in the refuge.
