If you cannot find Folkes, check the graveyard/tomb in Venworth. You can pay the priest there 5,000 to mark the body for you or you can manually find it yourself. Folkes likes to die so you'll probably have to resurrect him.

He isn't in seafloor shrine endgame with the other wandering merchants. Is it because I never talked to him? I wonder of he's still where he usually is.

Can be found at Ancient Battlefield at night and just a bit further in on the path going up towards Checkpoint Rest Town a Dullahan/Headless Horseman

I did the quest Tolled to Rest and managed to find him making my way past the Ancient Battleground going east and he was comming the oposite way. But when browsing through his shop it is missing the only Item that I need: "Cursed Dullahan Bone". This wiki says he has 2 of them in stock. What could have happened? This is the first time I manage to open this NPC shop. He should have stock for all the items no?

I saw him on the ramp to the Keep on the hill. He was walking down the ramp towards east to the ruins.

Where do you find him? I’ve been going up and down the route of said location and still no sight of him
