Sara Dragon's Dogma 2 Notes & Tips
- After completing her associated quests, Sara may ask for escort to Digger's Ruins. She will deliver the following letter when doing so: "I don't rightly know what's the matter with me lately. I keep wondering how you're faring and what you're up to and whatnot. Gets to be where I can't focus--and that's dangerous for a smith, let me tell you! I've got to snap out of it, but I reckon the only way I can is if I can see you again soon. Would you mind? - Sara"
- Upon arriving, she will give you this letter: "Many thanks for your time! That was just what I needed. Mind, I'll have to work the forge night and day now to catch up on all the work I've left undone. But if my mind starts wandering your way again, I might just have to invite you out on another jaunt! - Sara"
- Sara may leave a gift of Sunstone at your home in Bakbattahl. The follow letter will be attached: "Have to say, I ne'er imagined I'd find myself keen to deliver a package to someone in person--yet here I am, doing just that! There's aught about you, see, that makes me feel like there's nothing I can't handle. Anyhow, this is for you. Hope you like it and all! - Sara"

The number of times that I've had to hunt this ***** down and carry her back to work so I could do the Dwarven upgrades is mind blowing. Why is she NEVER at work? Why can't I use the her mentor for enhancements? And why the actual ****, is she still programmed to wander around at the seafloor in unmoored world??? Just be a fcking blacksmith like the other 3 of them that stay right there constantly.

Tip: completing her quest line to unlock Dwarven smiting makes her fall for you and follow you EVERYWHERE in Bakbattahl. So if you visit her and then go back to see she's not there. She probably tailed you and got stuck somewhere. Bringing her back to Brokkr will let you see her wares again.
UPDATE: Since the most recent patch, it seems the deva told her to stop stalking the Arisen and stick to her smithy. She no longer follows you around Bakbattahl when you visit her.
