To save other people the trouble of searching and testing: if you like using Grimoires as I do to help relax the constraints of having only 4 skills, this is the de facto shop for them, and here's a mini-guide on ensuring you always have a plentiful supply.
You'll want to consider "romancing" Whitney, as she gives a 10% discount if you do so. Took me just 4x Bunch of Flowers that I already had just from hiring Logistician pawns occasionally (mostly unintentionally as I strongly dislike Log). Just remember to wait a full day cycle between each gift.
Be aware that the only standard grimoire that Rare Book Stand doesn't stock is Prescribed Tranquility (the silencing grimoire). This may be a bug, so I intend to report it to Capcom, just in case. Unless they add it, though, your main source of Prescribed Tranquility is going to be Ibrahim's Junk Shop, making functional copies of it. Unfortunately, "romancing" Ibrahim doesn't give you a discount on his forgeries, which are already a higher cost per item than a vendor would sell them to you for.
Restocking ticks for the Rare Book Stand happen every 48 in-game hours, but each tick doesn't fully replenish stock. The three attack grimoires have a max stock of 5, and replenish 1/tick. The five support / buff grimoires have a max stock of 3, and replenish 2/tick. This means you'll need to vary how long you rest between purchases depending on what grimoires you want more of.
The closest bench to Rare Book Stand is the one to the south next to Pilgrims' Inn. If you have a Mage in your party with the High Celerity spell, you can use the "Help!" command to get them to cast it on you. High Celerity lasts long enough to last the entire sprint to Rare Book Stand and back to the bench.
