How to romance Wilhelmina in Dragon's Dogma 2
Wilhelmina is another romanceable character. To romance her, you will need to successfully complete the side quest Every Rose Has Its Thorn which is available upon completing the main quest, Feast of Deception. You will be asked to help her assassinate Allard, choosing to offer your help will begin the quest. This quest is also time-sensitive so you will need to gather all 3 evidence and report back to her in 3 days to be able to romance her. It is crucial to follow these steps as choosing the option to tell Allard the plot of his assassination or to decline to assassinate him overall after showing her the report will cause you to fail the quest and to romance her.

Has anyone tried to follow her after she escapes? Or maybe search for her in jail if the guards capture her?

Read a comment on Reddit saying capcom responded to a bug report they submitted regarding this, according to them her disappearance post quest is intended and permanent. She does show up again post dragon though but with no meaningful dialogue so who knows.

When she's disappeared, that's mean she's dead, you can revive her from cemetery.

What's the point of romance if she disappears after the quest? and she cannot be selected for an additional quest intended for a char who has a love interest. The romance in this game is terrible, wasted time for 70$

There is a way for her to stay after her quest but it's a small easily missed step in her quest line. If when your looking for information and clues (when you need to talk to Sven) you talk to Brant. He says he will help you. After the escape talk to him again and he will cover up yours and her involvement in it and she will stay.
