Dynamism is an Augment in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2)Dynamism reduces the amount by which weight affects your movement speed, and can be purchased once the Warfarer reaches Rank 9. Augments are various passive abilities that the player can equip to the Arisen and their Pawns for use during their playthrough, and can be purchased for Discipline Points.

DD2 Dynamism Guide, Notes & Tips

  • Reduces your Stamina Consumption as if your Weight Carried was one level lower that it currently is. For example, if you are Average weight, the game will treat you as if you are Light (needs further testing)
  • Dynamism is an Augment Skill. Augments are a special kind of skill that can be shared between Vocations when unlocked.
  • Skills in Dragon's Dogma 2 are various passive and active abilities that the player can assign to the Arisen and their Pawns for use during combat. Some Skills are only usable depending on the Vocation of the character, while other Skills are dependent on the Weapon the character is using.
  • Some Skills are shared between Vocations — when you buy a Skill shared by 2 or move Vocations, it can be accessed by any Vocation that can use it and doesn't have to be purchased again when swapping Vocations.

      For anyone wondering, just from basic testing done by a calibrated eye it does not look like there is a weight class below very light. If you are very light and equip this it does not appear to be any faster than very light.
