Rings in Dragon's Dogma 2 are items that the player uses to obtain several bonuses and buffs to its Stats, Rings unlike other equipment don't have a Vocation restriction.

This seems to work by giving you HP regen once your under 25% HP.
Holy ****, this ring is perfect (and potentially broken) for Trickster’s Aromatic Rally.
One issue with Aromatic Rally is if you reapply it when a pawn is at 1hp, the old buff is removed, the cast deals damage before the new buff applies, killing your pawn.
Ring of Benevolence gives constant regen to your pawn up to 25% of their remaining max HP (Loss affected).
At lvl 68, Aromatic Resurgence did ~20hp damage per tick. When Ring of Benevolence kicks in, was doing more than than (it looked something along the lines of 100 hp, number ticked to fast). Ring of Benevolence outheals Aromatic Resurgence!
What this means, since your pawn can’t die, they’ll be constantly regening back to 25% as they ring is constantly retriggered by Aromatic Resurgence.
This means, your pawn cannot die because it will ALWAYS have a buffer of HP when you reapply Aromatic Resurgence!
For Tricksters or Aromatic Warfarers, this is a great way to have an undying pawn! If you have friends you can coordinate with, ensure their own pawns are equipped with Ring of Benevolence so you can have an undying pawn group.
Give your pawn the Perpetuation augment so the buff (and thus, undying trick) lasts longer. You could add Benediction and Ring of Amplification (increases curative effects) to overkill the heal.
