Does this only activate if the character is at full health, or does it activate when the character has all green health and no gray health? I hope my question makes sense. What I want to know is if this is only useful *just* after resting, or if keeping as much health as you currently have topped off is viable?
If this was actually in the game it would only even be good on Thieves and Mystic Spearhands. Still, every other class would benefit better from other rings like Knockback Power/Resistance and Incant Speed.
