        He only handed over the book after accepting Spellbound quest, I expect likewise is true for The Sorcerer’s Appraisal quest as well.

            Hello, I advanced in the main story before completing this quest and Waldhar no longer speaks to me. Is there any other way to obtain this item that doesn't involve NG+?
