What the heck even is the point of this item? You only get it if you're a Beastren, and by that point you'll have access to enter Battahl anyway. But you get the regular version if you're human, which might lead you to believe that you need to wear the Beastren Mask to get it, but you don't. So why even two different versions of the permit? And why even is there a Beastren mask if it does'nt do anything on its own. You can't use it alongside the Beastren Permit because you only get it if you're already a Beastren. I feel like Capcom forgot to do something with the mask and just left it in the game as a funny item and that's it. There's even a note you can find in Shakir's inn detailing how you can simply get into Battahl by just wearing a mask. But that's obviously incorrect. So yeah....Capcom screwed something up here.
