Nobles' Night Out:
Reach The Stolen Throne main quest in the story. It can be obtained in Vernworth, by talking to Captain Brant at the Stardrop Inn at night. To be able to obtain it first complete one of the other main quests he gives you, and then select the "Tell me about the Masquerade" option when prompted.
He will give you a mask called Eventide Mask. You must now find the Courtly Tunic and the Courtly Breeches.
Once you get them, you will have to wait until the night (or sleep), and you will get the trophy as soon as you enter Vernworth Hall, if you have all corresponding items equipped.
Do note that masquerades don't occur every night. If there is no Masquerade that night, simply keep passing time until there is one.
