AnonymousThis might be a npc only item. Isaac wears it after you complete the first objective in his quest "Short-Sighted Ambition". I tried to see if I could pilfer it from him, I got a knockoff wokestone shard.

I don't understand why there are only patches for the right eye lol
I’m guessing Isaac was meant to sell this if you don’t give him the real on the transference of souls and he stays a vendor, but it either glitches his inventory or they cut it.
