Empale is a Core Skill in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). Onslaught is a Fighter Core Skill that uses the blade to thrust forward. It may follow up with a successive strike if the target has been knocked off balance. Core Skills are skills tied to their respective Vocations, and can't be retained if players decides to switch to another one. Core Skills do not require Stamina to be performed.

- Core Skills are vocation-based skills that both the Arisen and Pawns can learn. Core Skills do not spend Stamina when performed.
