it look like the one that Wilhelmina was wearing during the mission with Allard, would it be possible to steal it from Wilhelmina in that stage of mission? I just finished the mission, cant test it myself though

All we have been able to find out about the "Comforting Neck Wrap" is it was/is a quest reward the quest gives 1.2k xp and 6000g as well as the cloak. I honestly think the quest was cut or is bugged. It could be possible to still acquire legitimately but is well hidden or convoluted, just look at how you have to acquire the Apprentice Robes.

Someone found it in Dragons Dogma Discord, they posted a pic of the comforting neck wrap in the storage, however they can’t remember the exact location but we managed to get some hints, so its a start. If anyone wants to join the hunt, search for the comfy neck wrap in the help posts on the official discord.

My friend took a look into the files and noted that this is a quest reward for some random quest. Though which quest that is isn't easily figured out cause all of the files are just.. numbers. So that's gotta mean it DOES exist, just nobody has found the quest you get it from somehow. It's not sphinx, all of those rewards have been found. It has to be some random npc quest.

This wiki is so insane to me. We can have the in game image of the item, all of its stats, its description and even its price. Yet there is still no location for it. Do they just get all of their info from datamining and then stop updating the wiki?

Ulrika wears this under her green cloak, it’s hard to see unless you’re next to her in game, and the fact she removes both of them after you finish her quest line makes me think it’s tied to her somehow. The flavor text also seems to point to that.
