Chirurgeon's Tome is an Implement type of Item in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). Chirurgeon's Tome is a tome that grants a pawn the Chirurgeon specialization, allowing them to use curatives on the Arisen and other allies on their own initiative.

How to get Chirurgeon's Tome
Can be looted or dropped from:
- Gifted to you by Flora if you complete Medicament Predicament. Find her in Vernworth to get this item.
- Can be gifted to you by Braun, when you spend time with him at the Rose Chateau Bordelrie.
- Gifted to you by Ulrika if you complete Home Is Where the Hearth Is, after talking at nigth.

Handed 3 flowers over 3 days to Josephine of The Gracious Hand and she gave me the tome when I visited her on the 4th day.

You can get this tome also by using the Brothel 3 times (I used the same courtesan), then speak with them after. You will also be offered a platinum card to access the third floor courtasans (card is 48,000g and each courtesan is 30,000g).
Anybody know if your pawn needs to have curatives in their inventory, or will they just take curatives from my inventory and/or other pawns?

Completed the quest. Found her and she didn't give me anything. Her Granpa gave me a 20% discount on his store. That's all I got.

I spent some time after getting to Vernworth to talk to her and now she wont give me the tome.

Is there any word on if these specialization tomes are one time application and unlocked, or if they need be applied each time?

I missed her when I met her grandpa and now when I try to talk to her around the city she won’t act as a vendor
You can set tomes as a requested item for a pawn quest and hope another player gives you one.
