      Great for drakes, especially those that can heal. If you aren’t playing a magic character, you can time the use of these to silence specific spells (like a drake’s heal or meteor) rather than relying on a Mage Pawn’s AI.

      I just wish there were an easy way to get a bunch of these. AFAIK, no shops sell them. Not even the rare book shop.

        You can find at least 3 of these in the Forbidden Research lab. Pretty useful for shutting down lesser drakes and liches. If you wear the Mask of Concealment to blend in with the other researchers then you can enter, walk around and even talk with the NPCs without anybody turning hostile.
