Woodland Wordsmith's Tome is an Implement type of Item in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). Woodland Wordsmith's Tome is a tome that grants a pawn the Woodland Wordsmith specialization, allowing those in the pawn's company to comprehend Elvish.

How to get Woodland Wordsmith's Tome
To get this item, go to the Sacred Arbor and then raise your affinity with one of the elven NPCs. To do so, speak to them and then choose the gift option to give them a few Bunches of Flowers. These can be crafted by combining two relatively fresh flowers together, or buying them from a special shop in Bakbattahl. Rest in between giving them gifts until they give you the tome.
Any elven NPC can give you the tome, but raising affinity with the shopkeepers will also give you a 5% discount when using their shop (10% at max affinity). 3 Bunches of Flowers should be enough.
IMPORTANT: It is not guaranteed that an elf with high affinity will give you the tome. Some elves will never give you a tome regardless of affinity, so if you give gifts to an elf and they blush but don't give you a tome, try it on another elf. Wyrmslife Crystals are also a good alternative gift if you have no flowers available.
If resting at the inn is too expensive, you can also just sit on the bench nearby and doze off 4 times in a row. This will pass a full day.
Unconfirmed:
- The same elf NPC giving the tome in one playthrough may not give the tome in another playthrough, it is not clear if this is randomly decided or dependent on other factors.

Does anyone know if you can do this multiple times on the same save file? I already got it and taught it to my pawn from Kough, the innkeeper, but I'm curious to see if it's doable with another elf to get another tome. I'd like to teach my pawn a new specialization so it'd be good to have a backup.

Had a pawn in the group that translated so not a problem. Gifted the bouquet (bunches of flowers) to the Inn keeper on two different days after sleeping at the Inn and was gifted the Tome. Used Noonbloom & Sunbloom for combination. Once combined the Bunches of flowers don't seem to decay.

gave the inn keeper about 20 flowers and slept inbetween each gift, she just doesn't care. still haven't gotten the scroll

Can someone tell the truth? I have max affinity with all of the ****ing elves and no tome

One way of getting this is by traveling to the elven city/town, finding a NPC and gifting them "Bunch of flowers" (which are really easy to craft) or other items that increase affinity. I gave them five of these. After resting for like 1-3 days and talking to them, that NPC should give a Woodland Wordsmith's Tome as an "affection reward".
Gave the innkeep Bunch of Flowers for two days straight. On the 2nd day, right after giving her the tome and after speaking with Doireann regarding her quest, she immediately approached me and gave me the tome.
On another note, I was together with the official pawn that knew Elvish, so I don’t think having a pawn that knows Elvish in your party affects your chances of getting the tome at all.
