Ripened Quince is a Curative Item in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). It is a Battahli quince, ripe and ready for eating. Consume it to recover a small amount of Health.
Ripened Quince sells for significantly more gold in the kingdom of Vermund, where it is considered a rare fruit. Take care to deposit them in your storage promptly or else they will rot after 2 days. This allows you to preserve them indefinitely for later sale in Vermund. Also, sell your stock before entering the end game, as perishable items in your storage will become rotten then.
