Magick is a Stat in Dragon's Dogma 2. Magick is in charge of determining the amount of damage certain Weapons and Spells deal. Stats determine the strengths and weaknesses of your character, and are increased by leveling up or by equipping certain pieces of equipment, such as Armor or Weapons. It is advised to focus on what your character's Vocation excels at as well as what suits your play style best, to reap the biggest rewards of Stats.

Magick Information in Dragon's Dogma 2

Magick is a stat that represents your character's ability to harness mystical energies for spellcasting. It impacts the power and effectiveness of your magical attacks and abilities. A higher Magick stat allows you to deal more damage with Spells and abilities that use magical energy.
The resistance against Magick can be determined or measured by the Magick Defense stat.

How to increase Magick in Dragon's Dogma 2?

Players can increase Magick by leveling up. Spellcasting Vocations such as Mage or Sorcerer receive more points in this stat than other Classes.
Most weapons provide an increase to Magick, except a few weapon types which don't possess any Weapon that increases Magick. Those weapon types are: Bows, Greatswords, and Shields. All the other weapon types have AT LEAST one Weapon that provides a boost to Magick Damage.
Magickal Bows are the only weapon type that only provides Magick and not even a single Magickal Bow provides an improvement on Strength. They are only magickal by nature.
