Ice-Bound is a Debilitation in Dragon's Dogma 2. Ice-Bound prevents the affected character from moving at all. Debilitations are negative statuses with effects that range from inflicting damage at steady intervals to making the target vulnerable to a specific type of attack. They are not exclusive to the Arisen and their Pawns, but can be inflicted by WeaponsSkillsItems, and the environment upon their Enemies, granting a fierce edge in battle if applied wisely.
