Higgs's Tavern Stand is a Shop in Dragon's Dogma 2 (DD2). Higgs's Tavern Stand is run by Fyodor/Ezekiel and set up in Bakbattahl. You can buy Weapons, Armor, and all kinds of Items from different shops.
- In order to access the shop:
- If human: Equip the Beastren Mask (Purchasable from Georg or Ibrahim's Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town).
- Pick up one of two bags laying on the outside of the fenced area right outside of the Tavern.
- Drop the bag into the fenced area, triggering a cutscene which will bring you to the inside of the tavern to purchase Newt Liqueur.
- This shop will give you a 5% discount if the owner likes you and a 10% discount if the owner loves you. See Fyodor/Ezekiel page for gifting details.
- This shop stocks are replenished every 1-2 days, with a limited amount. Some items are only available after completion of specific Quests.

- Outside Higgs’s Tavern, to the left of the entrance, is a small fenced area and two bags. You first want to put on a Beastren Mask if you are human, because the shop only lets in Beastren. If you haven’t obtained a mask already, they can be purchased at Ibrahim’s Scrap Shop at the Checkpoint Rest Town. While wearing the mask pick up one of the bags with R2/RT and drop it into the fenced area.
AnonymousIdk if this has happened to anyone, but once I bought all 3 drinks from the npc, guards came in, claiming illegal sales of the liqueur and then proceeded to attack...(?) idk if the cutscene is supposed to trigger something else, but I just booked it...

How do you get him to sell you anything?! I can't even talk to the bastard.
I dont understand how you know what need to do (equip the mask or be a beast, take bags, put in right place, and able to buy from merchant), I mean the game doesn't provide any clue about it? And also how its related to the Emrich (which I presume steal from forbidden magic lab serpent tails and provide to Higgs to make liquir). It looks like a cutted content, there should be a quest/side quest for it. I think the main idea was to make it as a side quest of the another quest "A Veil of Gossamer Clouds" provided by Sven, where one of the objective to infiltrate Forbidden Magic Lab (which should be private territory) and you should obtain a science set first (from Enrich, with this Higgs quest) to be able to infiltrate there and take the letter. But maybe devs unfinished the quest/or it absolutly broken idk, but it strange why I can enter into the lab from any of 3 entries, and nobody reacting on me (except one guard from the palace which saying the entry is forbidden but you can pass without issues)
