Sven is primarily found in: Vernworth
- Sven is first encountered in Vernworth as an unnamed NPC being chased by a guard. This scene happens during the quest "Seat of the Sovran" after meeting Brant for the first time and stepping out of the Merchant Quarter building.
- You can also encounter Sven in Vernworth having an argument with Auriol, one of the shopkeepers who sells valuable wares.

Anonymoushas annoy else just had him wandering around in random spots in the world, run into him at the valcano, the wrymforest, just random stops walking like youd see a random pawn walking around. talking to him at those spots he speaks like he's just hanging in his room

A side quest was triggered when I started 'Nation of Lambent Flame', someone asked me on the street to go see Sven at the palace (no markers), triggered 'A Veil of Gossamer Clouds'.

So considering his mother, Queen Disa, wants him on the throne so badly she would go through all these schemes to get rid of the Arisen, help end the Cycle, fill her court with supporters etc. you can tell she is a loving mother.
Nevertheless, when I max affinity'd both of them and brought them both to my house, they fought to the death over me. Sven absolutely obliterated his mother and destroyed the furniture in my noble house bedroom. Then sweetly blushed at me and told me he had to go and thanks for the aid....Recorded it and might upload at some point or so, but you can try it for yourselves.
